Rectangular Japanese lacquer tray for tea or coffee from the 1980s.

Dimensions: height 3 cm, width 51 cm, depth 20 cm. Signed on the underside.

The tray features a beautiful gold-colored floral decoration (maki-e), with the silhouette of the moon in the background.

The depicted flowers are chrysanthemums, a flower with deep symbolic meaning in Japan.

On each side, there are two circular openings that serve as handles.

This decorative tray comes from an old stock, has never been used, and will be delivered with its original packaging.
