Product Details

A hibachi (火鉢) is a traditional Japanese fire bowl designed to hold burning charcoal. This beautiful Hibachi is made of premium ceramic, has great vibrant colors.

A hibachi is very multifunctional in addition to serving as a fire bowl. For example, it can be used as a water trough, for watering Bonsai and other plants and trees. In addition, the Hibachi can serve as a very impressive flower pot or can also be arranged as a small pond - goldfish and aquatic plants such as the lotus. This enchanting arrangement can often be seen in small gardens and on porches of Kyoto. Finally, the hibachi can also be used to burn incense, a common ritual in Japan.
