Product Details

Beautiful Japanese tansu: a two-piece kimono chest (Ishō-dansu) crafted from cedar wood, featuring an attractive and prominent wood grain.

Dimensions: height 113 cm, width 94 cm, depth 44.5 cm.

The chest has an elegant grey-white finish that gives it a neutral and refined appearance, making it a perfect fit for both modern and classic interiors.

It is equipped with four spacious drawers, adorned with decorative black metal fittings.

On the underside, hand-painted calligraphy includes a date from January 1994 (Heisei 6) and the name of the original owner.

The chest is in very good condition, with only minor signs of age.
