Beautiful vintage Cha Tansu, Japanese tea cabinet from the 1970s.

Dimensions: Height 97 cm, Width 86 cm, Depth 40.5 cm.

This Cha Tansu features three practical drawers at the bottom. The middle section serves as a display space, enclosed by sliding glass doors. Inside, there are elegant shelves and a small cabinet with a glass door, while the back panel is beautifully finished with richly grained veneer wood. At the top, there is an additional storage space with sliding doors.

This vintage Cha Tansu is a functional storage piece that brings a serene Japanese atmosphere to your interior.

Cha Tansu, also known as Chabitsu or Chagama Tansu, is specifically designed for storing and displaying tea utensils used in the Japanese tea ceremony. "Cha" means tea, and "Tansu" stands for chest or storage cabinet.
