Hiro Yamagata – Rainy Paris, Luxury Framed Print, 1980s

This large, highly decorative print depicts an atmospheric Parisian city scene in the rain: Haussmann-style architecture with illuminated windows, mist drifting across the square, and small figures carrying umbrellas.

Dimensions: height 131 cm, width 80 cm, depth 4.5 cm.

“YAMAGATA” is printed within the image border at the bottom. The frame also features a plaque reading “MARTIN LAWRENCE LIMITED EDITIONS”, indicating an edition associated with Martin Lawrence (known as a publisher/gallery that distributed Yamagata’s work internationally).
