17 Mozart Art Cards by Jiří Votruba, 1990s, Czech Republic

A distinctive collection of 17 vintage art cards from the 1990s, designed by Czech artist Jiří Votruba.

Dimensions per card: H 16.5 × W 12 cm.

The colourful illustrations bring together Mozart, classical music and the historic cities of Prague, Vienna and Salzburg. Bold colours, playful compositions and fine black lines reflect Votruba’s distinctive, subtly humorous graphic style.

The cards were published by Fun Explosive in Prague. The designs are dated and feature the artist’s printed signature.

The entire collection was imported from Japan and has never been used. Each card comes with its matching envelope and remains in its original protective sleeve. Several still retain their original Japanese price stickers in yen.

In mint condition.

A delightful find for collectors, Mozart enthusiasts and admirers of graphic art.

Equally beautiful when individually framed.
