Very beautiful Japanese tansu from the Taishō period.
At the bottom, there are five drawers, and the upper part has a storage space with sliding doors.
The entire piece is finished with metal handles and lock plates.
This furniture was used in a store to store administrative documents and writing materials. Some drawers and the back still show traces of old labels.
An authentic interior item that is both decorative and practical, perfect as a display for plants, art, ceramics, and more.
