Hand-carved wooden document and magazine holder from Japan, dating back to the 1930s-1940s.

Dimensions: height 23 cm, width 66 cm, depth 7 cm. Signed on the back by the maker, 芙み子 (Fumiko).

The interior is divided into three compartments, and there are two mounting points provided.

The elegant floral motif, crafted in dark wood with subtle lighter accents, makes this holder a decorative object.
