Beautiful vintage haribako: a Japanese wooden sewing box with two drawers.

Dimensions: height 16.5 cm, width 18 cm, depth 18 cm.

The box features a warm chestnut-red-brown color, and the front is adorned with a hand-carved bamboo motif.

This Japanese wood carving and lacquer technique is known as 'Kamakura Bori.'
