Skandiform “Deli” KS-161 Shell Chair, Sweden, 2009

Award-winning Scandinavian lounge/shell chair by Skandiform, designed by Thomas Pedersen and introduced around 2009 (the Deli series received, among others, a Red Dot Design Award). You spot it right away by the organic matt-white plastic shell and the soft, integrated seat and back in grey wool felt – that classic Scandinavian mix of hard and soft.

The base is solid oak with a cross stretcher, adding warmth and stability.

The oval opening in the back keeps the design airy and makes the chair easy to move, while the enveloping shell gives surprisingly good comfort.

Dimensions: height 81 cm, width 62 cm, depth 53 cm, seat height 45 cm.

Condition: excellent, only minor signs of use.

Perfect for a Scandinavian interior, meeting room, waiting area or as a statement chair at a desk or sideboard.
