Vintage Danish Coffee Table by Niels Bach, ca. 1960–1970

Dimensions: height 50 cm, width 80 cm, depth 80 cm.

An elegant square coffee table by Danish furniture manufacturer Niels Bach, produced around the 1960s–1970s and executed in warm wood.

The generously proportioned tabletop has softly rounded corners and a subtly profiled edge. Its natural grain extends beautifully across the surface, giving the table a calm and refined appearance. Four slender legs and horizontal stretchers form an open yet stable base.

Its balanced proportions and carefully considered finish are characteristic of Scandinavian modernism from the second half of the 20th century. The design is functional and restrained, while the warm timber and flowing lines give it a distinctive visual presence.

Measuring 80 × 80 cm, the table provides ample space for books, ceramics and everyday objects. It is particularly attractive as a central coffee table, but can also serve as a generous side table or display for art and interior objects.

The underside is marked twice, retaining both the factory stamp and the original Niels Bach, Denmark label.

In very good vintage condition, with only minimal signs of use consistent with age.
