Beautifully Keyaki wood Go game board, complete with 碁石入れ (Goseki-ire) for storing the white and black stones.

The wooden boxes with lids contain 181 black stones and 180 white stones.

The Keyaki wood game board dates back to the 1920s-1930s and has a beautifully played and weathered appearance.

The solid wood block is finished with stylishly designed legs. Keyaki is a rare and highly popular wood species from Japan, hardly ever exported.
