Beautiful handwoven Ikebana (生け花) basket from the 1950s.

This flower arrangement basket is handcrafted from bamboo and reed, reflecting a pure Japanese aesthetic.

The basket has a removable zinc water reservoir. This type of decorative basket is still used for the practice of flower arranging art.

This ikebana basket is in good condition, with some damage on the underside, as seen in the photos.
