Product Details

This wooden cabinet is fully covered in decorative paper in a warm red tone with a deep black print.

Dimensions: height 44 cm, width 30 cm, depth 29 cm.

The pattern resembles stylized chrysanthemums (kiku) and gives the piece an immediate presence. The drawer fronts are finished with metal ring pulls featuring refined embossed detailing.

The interiors of the drawers are lined with a light paper scattered with gold- and silver-colored flecks. This effect relates nicely to traditional Japanese metal “sprinkling” techniques (such as sunago / sunago-gami).

In use, it’s wonderfully practical: five drawers in different sizes, ideal for separating small items and keeping everything easy to find. Today it works perfectly as a jewelry cabinet, an organizer for writing and drawing tools, storage for sewing or crochet supplies, or a compact cabinet for tea accessories, incense, and other small essentials.

Condition: very good, with only light signs of age and use. The paper covering remains neatly preserved, the edges show minimal wear, and the drawers look clean and fresh.
