This Shikishi Oshi depicts a mother dog with her puppy. This kawaii artwork is from 1994, which was the year of the dog.

This piece of art consists of mixed techniques: a drawing/painting to which a textile/paper collage was applied. The use of these techniques creates a three-dimensional effect.

Dimensions: height 27 cm x width 24 cm x thickness 0.5 cm.

Shikishi: a cardboard 'art board' from Japan, usually with in gold and standard sizes.

Oshi: collage technique with (torn) paper and/or textile.
