Stylish, high ikebana flower vase from the 1970s, Japan. Design: Sofu Teshigahara.

Beautiful, timeless design, and the vase can also be used upside down (LaGardo Tackett-stijl).

An authentic Japanese design object that will make your flower arrangements shine.

Dimensions: height 37 cm, diameter 16 cm. The vase bears an impressed mark.

In 1927, Sofu Teshigahara founded the Sogetsu School. From the 1950s to 70s, Sofu energetically held exhibitions and demonstrations in Europe and America, and Time magazine called Sofu the "Picasso of flowers".
