Product Details

Beautiful carvings and natural wood grain. It was created by master Takeda Masashi, born in Yamagata prefecture in 1930. He won many awards for his works. His kokeshi have unique style, with a rich dark wood tone and carved flowers. He hardly uses any paint to showcase the beauty of the natural texture of the wood used.
