Japanese sewing box, called Haribako, made of Japanese Kuwa (mulberry) and Paulownia (kirinoki).

This box dates from the Taisho period (1910-1920) and it was originally used to store sewing utensils and other tools. Nowadays, it is used as a jewellery box, a storage box on a desk or a cosmetics box on a sideboard.
A nice Japanese touch in your interior. In very good condition.
This sewing cabinet has two drawers. Dimensions: height 20 cm, width 23 cm, depth 18 cm.
