Mizuya-dansu, Authentic Storage Cabinet, 1920s, Japan

A beautiful Japanese wooden storage cabinet from the 1920s, featuring a warm, dark brown patina and a refined combination of wood and decorative glass.

Dimensions: H 105 × W 85 × D 41 cm.

The cabinet features two separate compartments with sliding doors. The upper doors are entirely wooden, while the lower doors combine clear glass with beautifully textured glass featuring a delicate floral pattern.

Five drawers at the bottom, three smaller and two wider, provide generous storage space. The metal handles and visible wood grain enhance its authentic character.

The dark wood reveals beautiful reddish-brown tones and natural signs of age.

In very good condition, with a lovely aged patina.

A versatile and highly decorative storage cabinet whose understated design and natural appearance blend beautifully into a contemporary interior.
