Minogame (蓑亀) is a mythical turtle associated with a long tail and is considered a symbol of wisdom and a long life.
Sakazuki(盃) This is the oldest style of sake cup, with a wide opening. It is still the favorite at contemporary ceremonies.
The cup is typically lifted with two hands, one at the bottom and one on the side, for a dramatic yet symbolic ceremonial consumption of sake.
