Kake-suzuri (懸硯) is a storage cabinet for valuable documents and writing utensils (calligraphy).

Beautiful specimen dating from the late Meiji period.

Equipped with three small drawers and a storage space at the top (to be opened with a push button).

Beautifully weathered wood finished with metal fittings. The inside still clearly shows traces of ink.

Decorate your interior with this unique piece of history.

In nice and usable condition. No key present.

Dimensions: height 25 cm, width 21 cm and depth 30 cm.
