Wooden (Kiri) hibachi with copper lining with floral motif of Maki-e lacquer decoration with gold and mother of pearl. Floral theme on the front and two more small birds on the back. The hibachi is stamped at the bottom.

Dimensions: height 20 cm, diameter 45 cm.

In generally good condition, the inlay has some damage here and there, which is however not disturbing.

An authentic and honest item for both the Japan lover and the interior decorator.

These fire bowls are often used today as stylish cachepots.
