Two-part traditional Japanese tea cabinet of high quality from the middle of the Showa period.

These types of cabinets were placed in the central living space and were used to store all the necessities for making tea.

This tansu offers numerous storage options with drawers of various sizes.

The upper part of the tea cabinet features a display section enclosed by sliding doors with faceted glass.

Inside, there is, among other things, a beautifully designed organic-shaped étagère. This cabinet boasts exquisite details, including two small curved sliding doors finished with two types of wood veneer and mother-of-pearl.
