Beautiful vintage Cha Tansu or Japanese tea cabinet. This tea cabinet features five drawers and three storage compartments with sliding doors. There is also an open 'display' section with a level difference, perfect for showcasing objects. A unique interior piece that will bring an authentic Japanese atmosphere to your home, dating back to the 1930s.
This cabinet is an impressive example of Japanese craftsmanship. Pay special attention to the wooden joints where no nails or screws have been used, and the fine finish with beautifully grained veneer.
