Large two-piece high-quality Japanese tea cabinet from the mid-Showa period. These types of cabinets were placed in the central living space and were used to store all the essentials for making tea.

This tansu offers numerous storage options and drawers in various sizes.

The upper part of the tea cabinet has a showcase section that is closed off by sliding doors with faceted glass. Inside, there is, among other things, a beautifully designed organic étagère and a wooden grid for placing tea leaves.

With this tea cabinet, you bring an authentic and traditional piece of Japan into your home.

Dimensions: height 175 cm, width 121 cm, depth 39 cm.

This tansu is in good condition and is made of quality wood; the two parts together weigh more than 80 kilograms.
